Marching Practice

Little Man loves music - especially instrumental. He also loves movement - his little eyes can track you across a room. So when we took him up to watch the Allen High School marching band practice tonight, he was trilled.

Auntie B & Auntie K did a great job out on the field [even though their drill was constantly being changed - way to still with it, girls!], and we all enjoyed their show. We didn't hear much playing [until the end, when Little Man was all bundled up in his seat, falling asleep], but the constant movement sure kept his attention. We might just have to go again next week.

Here's an example of their new Scatter Drill, which is going to be pretty impressive once they add in the playing. We're excited to see how this show comes together!
