A Seat with a View

Little Man used to hate the car seat. Just being placed in it would set off the screaming; buckling him was a real terror. We were usually able to calm him down with the help of a paci and Snuggle Blanket, but the experience was anything but fun for all of us.

When he was a newborn, we used a padded head support to help keep him from flopping around in the seat. I was nervous to take it out, thinking he'd be uncomfortable without it. But since he's holding his head up well, I decided to give it a try. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. This is what we got when we put him in the seat alone:
